Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your email address or Pakistani mobile number, create a password and select PKR as your currency. Complete the personal details step — name and date of birth — agree to the Terms and Conditions, then verify your email or SMS. The whole process takes under two minutes. There is no registration fee at 1xbad.

You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a 1xbad account. This is a firm requirement and applies to all players regardless of location. During verification, your date of birth is cross-checked against your CNIC. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed and any balance is forfeited.

No. Each person may hold only one 1xbad account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support@1xbad.im immediately to have it merged or closed without penalty.

For identity verification, a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) is the standard document for Pakistani players. A valid passport is also accepted. For payment verification, the name on your Easypaisa or JazzCash account must match your registered 1xbad name. Verification is usually completed within one business day of submitting documents.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. You will need to enter your current password to confirm the change. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page to receive a reset link by email or SMS.

Contact support@1xbad.im from your currently registered email address requesting the update. For security, you will be asked to verify your identity before any contact detail changes are made. The process is straightforward and is usually completed within a few hours during business hours.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Choose either SMS (delivered to your Pakistani mobile number) or an authenticator app. SMS 2FA works with Jazz, Telenor, Zong and Ufone. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended since your 1xbad account holds a real PKR balance.

Email support@1xbad.im with the subject "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method before the account is closed. Account restrictions at 1xbad are usually due to one of three things: a pending verification document, a responsible gaming cooling-off period that you activated, or a security review triggered by unusual login activity. Deposits & Payments

1xbad accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (inter-bank funds transfer) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 1xbad balance within seconds of payment confirmation in your wallet app. This is the fastest deposit method at 1xbad and the most popular choice among Pakistani players.

The minimum deposit amount at 1xbad varies slightly by payment method and is displayed clearly on the deposit screen before you confirm the transaction. In general, Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits can be made from a small PKR starting amount, making 1xbad accessible to players at every budget level.

Wait 5 minutes for wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and up to one business day for bank IBFT transfers. If your balance has still not updated after these timeframes, email support@1xbad.im with the payment reference number, the amount in PKR, the method used and the date and time of the transaction. The team will trace and resolve it promptly.

1xbad does not charge any deposit fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your betting balance in full. Your payment provider (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges — this depends on your account type with them and is outside 1xbad's control.

No. All deposit methods must be registered in the same name as your 1xbad account. Using a third-party payment account is not permitted. This rule protects you and ensures withdrawals can be processed back to a verified method in your name.

After registering and verifying your account, log in and click the Deposit button. Choose your payment method, enter your first PKR deposit amount and confirm. The welcome bonus is applied automatically to qualifying first deposits. Check the current bonus terms on the Register page or in your account promotions section after logging in.

1xbad uses 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit. Payment credentials are never stored in plain text. For Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits, you authenticate directly in your own wallet app — 1xbad never sees or stores your wallet PIN or banking credentials.

Withdrawals

Log in, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or card — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires account verification to be completed. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified method are processed automatically.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed and credited to your wallet within 10–30 minutes of being approved. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are generally instant once approved.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown on the withdrawal screen for each method before you confirm. 1xbad does not set unnecessarily high minimums — small PKR wins are accessible. The withdrawal screen always shows the current minimum and maximum for your chosen method.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: account verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or a security review on the account. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than the expected processing time for your method, contact support@1xbad.im with your withdrawal reference for a prompt update.

Generally, withdrawals must be made to the same verified payment method used for deposits. If you need to withdraw to a different verified account — for example if your phone number has changed — contact support@1xbad.im to update your verified payment method before requesting the withdrawal.

1xbad does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent to your wallet or bank account in PKR. Standard processing fees applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside 1xbad's control.

Any real-money PKR balance in your 1xbad account is returned to your verified withdrawal method when your account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited. This applies to both voluntary account closures and self-exclusions.

Sports Betting & PSL

Yes. 1xbad covers every PSL fixture from group stage through to the final with both pre-match and live in-play markets. You can bet on match winner, top run scorer, total sixes, method of first dismissal, toss winner and many more markets per match. All PSL bets are settled in PKR. Live in-play betting means you can place bets on a match while it is actively in progress, not just before it starts. At 1xbad, odds on PSL and other cricket matches update in real time ball by ball. You can back a team mid-innings if conditions change, or place bets on specific overs and wickets as they happen.

1xbad displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the clearest format for Pakistani players. A decimal odd of 2.50 means a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 (your Rs 1,000 stake plus Rs 1,500 profit). You can switch to fractional or American format in your account display settings if you prefer. Cricket and PSL bets at 1xbad are settled within minutes of the official match result being confirmed. Winnings are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement. In-play bets on specific events like wickets or sixes are settled as soon as the ball-by-ball data confirms the outcome.

While cricket — particularly PSL and international matches — is the primary sport at 1xbad for Pakistani players, the platform also offers markets on football, tennis and Virtual Sports (simulated events available 24/7). See the Virtual Sports page for details on simulated betting events.

Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches depend on the specific market. In most cases, if a match is cancelled before a result can be determined, bets are voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. The full settlement rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Early cash-out is available on selected sports betting markets at 1xbad. When the option is available, a cash-out button appears next to your active bet in the My Bets section. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on the match situation.

An accumulator (or parlay) combines multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out, but the odds multiply together to produce a higher potential return. 1xbad supports accumulator bets across cricket, football and other available sports markets. Use the bet slip to add multiple selections and the system automatically calculates the combined odds and potential payout in PKR.

Casino & Games

Yes. All slot games at 1xbad use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures each spin outcome is independent and random. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot is published in the game information. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers with real physical cards and wheels — there is no software manipulation possible.

RTP stands for Return to Player and is expressed as a percentage. A slot with 96% RTP returns Rs 96 for every Rs 100 wagered over millions of spins on average. Aviator is a crash game where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs as a plane flies across the screen. Your job is to click Cash Out before the plane flies away — if you cash out in time, you win your stake multiplied by the value shown. If the plane flies away before you cash out, you lose your stake. Each round is independent, provably fair and lasts around 20–30 seconds. See the Aviator Game page for detailed strategy guidance.

Aviator at 1xbad uses a provably fair algorithm — each round's outcome is determined by a cryptographic seed that can be independently verified after the fact. The crash point cannot be predicted in advance by any player or by 1xbad staff. Any third-party tool or app claiming to "predict" Aviator outcomes is fraudulent. The game is independently audited for fairness.

Aviator minimum and maximum bet amounts in PKR are displayed on the game interface before each round. Stakes can be set low enough for casual play and high enough for more serious players. You can also place two simultaneous bets per round with different cash-out targets — this is a common risk-management strategy used by Pakistani Aviator players.

Yes. Aviator at 1xbad includes an Auto Cash Out feature where you set a target multiplier in advance. If the plane reaches your target multiplier, the cash-out triggers automatically — useful for players who find it difficult to click manually at the right moment or who are using a consistent multiplier target strategy.

Aviator can theoretically reach very high multipliers — rounds reaching 100x or more do occur, though rarely. The vast majority of rounds crash at lower multipliers. If your connection drops during an Aviator round, any Auto Cash Out settings you had configured will execute on the server side. If no auto cash-out was set and the plane flew away before you reconnected, the bet is lost as per standard game rules. Yes. Aviator displays a live feed of all active bets and cash-outs happening in real time during each round. This is part of the game's social design — you can see what multipliers other players are cashing out at. Bonuses & Promotions

The 1xbad welcome bonus is available to newly registered players on their first PKR deposit. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real PKR. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Progress is tracked in your account. Only bets placed with real money count towards wagering in most cases — check the specific bonus terms.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements attached to that bonus have been completed. If you make a withdrawal before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. Your real-money PKR balance is always withdrawable at any time regardless of active bonus status.

Log in and navigate to Account → Bonuses or Promotions section. Your active bonuses, their wagering progress and expiry dates are all displayed clearly. You can also see which games contribute to wagering completion for each active bonus.

In most cases, you can forfeit an active bonus by visiting the Bonuses section of your account and selecting the forfeit option. Forfeiting a bonus removes it from your account along with any wagering progress. Your real-money balance is not affected. This is useful if you want to make a withdrawal without waiting to complete wagering requirements.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion is available for periods from 6 months to permanent. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

A cooling-off period is a temporary account suspension lasting from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Your account is not closed — it resumes automatically when the period ends. Self-exclusion is a longer commitment (minimum 6 months) and is designed for players who need a more serious break. Self-exclusion cannot be shortened once activated; cooling-off cannot either.

Yes. Session time limits let you set a maximum time per betting or gaming session. When the limit is reached, 1xbad notifies you and optionally logs you out. No. When a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, you are automatically removed from all 1xbad marketing lists.
