1xbad Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1xbad ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the 1xbad website at 1xbad.im and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and any promotional offers.

By accessing 1xbad, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact the 1xbad support team at support@1xbad.im before registering.

These Terms apply alongside the 1xbad Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 1xbad. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use a 1xbad account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1xbad strictly prohibits underage gambling and will carry out age verification checks as required.
• You must be registering and accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not hold any existing account on 1xbad. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under these Terms.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion order, regulatory direction or court order applicable to you.
• You must be accessing 1xbad from a location where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• The funds used in your account must be lawfully yours and not derived from unlawful activity of any kind.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors and agents of 1xbad, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

3Account Registration and Security

When registering for a 1xbad account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number and any additional information requested during the registration process.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. If 1xbad detects that you have created multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbad account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1xbad will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your account adequately.

• Notify 1xbad immediately at support@1xbad.im if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security — this option is available in your account settings.
• Do not access your 1xbad account on shared or public devices where your credentials may be captured.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible at all times.

1xbad reserves the right to close or suspend any account where the information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions at 1xbad are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency accounts are supported. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay – digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay – digital wallet transfers
• Bank IBFT – interbank fund transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts
• Visa / Mastercard – debit and credit card transactions where supported

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 1xbad account dashboard at all times. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the transaction flagged for review. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts matching the name on your verified 1xbad account.

1xbad does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside 1xbad's control. The platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or mobile network operators.

Bonus funds may be subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Please refer to the individual promotion terms attached to each bonus for applicable conditions.

5Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

All bets placed on 1xbad are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market or event in question, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between event-specific rules and these Terms, the event-specific rules take precedence for matters directly related to that event.

Key betting rules that apply across all sports and markets at 1xbad:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may move between the time you select a bet and the time you confirm it — you will be shown the updated price before your bet is placed.
• Bets placed after an event has started are accepted as in-play bets and are subject to in-play betting rules, including the right of 1xbad to refuse or void bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the betting interface. 1xbad reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where necessary.
• In the event that a match, fixture or event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered (such as a change in venue that materially affects the outcome), 1xbad will apply the settlement rules published for that sport category.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly published incorrectly due to technical or human error — do not constitute a valid market and bets placed at such odds may be voided at 1xbad's discretion.
• PSL and international cricket bets are settled on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Weather interruptions and D/L method applications are handled per published cricket betting rules.

1xbad may restrict, suspend or close accounts where betting patterns indicate bonus abuse, arbitrage, match fixing awareness or other activity inconsistent with normal recreational betting. All such decisions are made at the sole discretion of 1xbad's risk and integrity team.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1xbad may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible markets are stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. 1xbad reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any offer at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, welcome offers are limited to one per person, per household address and per IP address.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the time period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Withdrawal order: Real money funds in your account balance are typically used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless your account settings specify otherwise.
• Abuse: 1xbad monitors for bonus abuse including patterns such as hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee a return regardless of result. Any account found to be abusing promotional terms will have bonus funds removed and may be restricted from future offers.

1xbad reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has met the stated qualifying conditions, reasonable compensation may be offered at 1xbad's discretion.

7Casino, Live Dealer and RNG Games

1xbad offers a range of casino products including live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette), RNG-certified games (Aviator, Jackpot Slots) and virtual sports. These products are governed by these Terms and, where applicable, by the rules specific to each game type.

• RNG certification: All RNG-based games at 1xbad are provided by third-party certified suppliers and audited by independent testing laboratories. Outcome probabilities match the published return-to-player (RTP) statistics for each game.
• Live dealer integrity: Live dealer tables use physical cards and equipment managed by professional croupiers. 1xbad is not responsible for third-party technical failures affecting live streams, though affected bets will be investigated and settled fairly.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings calculated based on an erroneous game state will not be paid out.
• Aviator-specific rules: In Aviator, cash-out must be completed before the plane leaves the screen. Bets not cashed out before the round ends are lost. In the event of a server disconnection, the auto cash-out feature, if set, will be applied where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each casino game has individual minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ from sports betting limits.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1xbad. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts on the platform under the same or different identities.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with 1xbad's betting platform or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to place bets that do not reflect genuine market risk.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Depositing or betting with funds derived from unlawful activity, including money laundering or proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving services from 1xbad.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your 1xbad account, login credentials or promotional offers to any other person.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on the platform.

9Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

1xbad reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Account activity consistent with prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by an excluded or underage person.
• Legal obligation or direction from a regulatory authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held will be ring-fenced and not made available until the investigation is complete. If the account is cleared, the balance will be reinstated and withdrawal processed normally. If the investigation concludes that Terms have been breached, 1xbad may forfeit part or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@1xbad.im. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing checks are completed.

10Privacy, Data Protection and Communications

1xbad processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the platform. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data-related commitments from 1xbad:

• Personal data collected during registration and verification is used only for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and legal compliance purposes.
• 1xbad does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers directly involved in delivering the platform and to legal or regulatory obligations.
• Payment information is handled through tokenised integrations — 1xbad does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet credentials on its own servers.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to 1xbad.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can experience within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set automatic reminders or session cut-offs after a specified duration of play.
• Reality checks: Receive pop-up notifications during casino play showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from 1xbad for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break from the platform without permanently closing your account.

12Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbad's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• 1xbad is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party system failures beyond its reasonable control.
• 1xbad is not responsible for any consequential, indirect or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational harm arising from your use of the platform.
• Betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk. 1xbad does not guarantee any outcome and is not liable for losses incurred through normal use of the platform.
• Information provided on 1xbad — including odds, statistics and game descriptions — is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment or legal advice.
• 1xbad does not accept liability for actions taken by players based on information or data obtained from third-party sources displayed or linked on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1xbad's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

1xbad reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date shown at the top of the document.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, 1xbad will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or by posting a notification within the platform dashboard. Your continued use of 1xbad after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support@1xbad.im to discuss your options including account closure.
